About Me

I am a qualified Psychotherapist, trained at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation in London (WPF) and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic studies from Roehampton University as well as the Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am qualified to practice as a psychotherapist. BACP members are required 'to demonstrate the capacity for independent, competent, ethical practice’ and must have both recognized training and substantial experience in the practice of psychotherapy.

I am also an accredited member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC), which is the graduate body for the Westminster Pastoral Foundation.

I see therapy clients in my home in Great Bentley which is a short drive from Colchester. My home is a few minutes walk from Great Bentley station.
